Singapore REITs (S-REITs) are market-priced securities. They are not capital-guaranteed and are not deposits. Unlike the Singapore Savings Bonds, Treasury bills, and SGS bonds tracked elsewhere on this site, S-REIT unit prices and distributions can fall as well as rise, and a distribution is not a bond coupon — it can be cut, deferred, or suspended.

We fetch data from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and make every effort to present it accurately. However:

• Data on SGYieldHub may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.
• MAS's data or systems may be unavailable or change without notice. Our ingest script may fail or produce stale data.
• Before taking any action based on a rate or auction result, verify the number directly on the MAS website or the MAS statistics portal.

We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on data shown here. Treat the site as a convenient summary, not the source of truth.

Singapore REIT data sourcing and trademarks

Facts about individual REITs (distribution history, net asset value, gearing, interest coverage, unit price) are sourced from each REIT's own investor-relations publications — not from SGX or any other aggregator. Yield, spread, and other figures shown on the REIT pages are computed by SGYieldHub from those published facts.

These computed figures are provided "as is" — verify them against the relevant issuer's own investor-relations disclosures before acting on them. Errors in transcription or computation are possible; the "As-is, no warranty" and "No warranties" sections on this page apply equally to REIT data.

REIT names and tickers referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Our use of them here is nominative — to identify and refer to the relevant listed products — and does not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with, or sponsorship by SGYieldHub.
